The Compact MED Pouch – Horizontal is a low-profile personal first aid kit designed to be worn at the back of the belt. Made from a combination of 500D Cordura®, 210D nylon, and laser-cut laminate, it balances durability with lightweight construction. While it pairs perfectly with systems like the Hornet Skeletonized Belt Sleeve, it can also be mounted on any belt up to 45 mm wide or on MOLLE/PALS platforms thanks to side paracord loops.

Ambidextrous One-Handed Access

Inside, a removable insert with a Hypalon® pull tab enables quick one-handed access from either side. The interior layout features elastic loops to securely hold medical gear in place, preventing it from shifting during dynamic movement:

• A wide elastic strap at the top of the outer pouch secures a tourniquet
• The back of the insert allows for attachment of trauma shears

Built for Critical Situations

A front-facing velcro panel with a high-contrast MED marking ensures immediate identification, even in low-light conditions. Designed to stay out of the way, this pouch is ideal for users who carry their med kit low on the back, without adding bulk to the belt sides.
