Hardened Telescopic Baton with Holster

The 23-inch hardened telescopic baton from ESP is a tool for self-defense and intervention operations. It features an ergonomic handle and a BH-55 Quick Change System swivel holster. It is suitable for police officers, security personnel, guards, and security-conscious civilians. Intended for adults only.

The baton is made of 4130 Cro-Mo steel, from components of CK55-grade seamless cold-drawn tubes. They are hardened to a hardness of 40-50 HRC, ensuring high resistance to deformation during intensive use. A nickel-zinc coating (Black Ni-Zn) protects against abrasion and corrosion, making it easier to maintain the baton in harsh weather conditions.

The Friction Lock system allows for quick deployment with a swift wrist movement and retraction after striking a hard surface with the tip. The HE (Ergonomic) handle is made of flexible, hypoallergenic, non-slip synthetic rubber, contoured to fit the hand, ensuring a secure and comfortable grip even with wet or sweaty hands.

The set includes a detachable, rotating BH-55 holster (360° Roto) with a UBC-5 mount, allowing the baton to be carried folded or extended in multiple positions on a tactical belt 32–50 mm wide. The design combines compact dimensions when folded with a full-size reach of 23 inches when extended, which translates to effectiveness and control over the tool.

Important! With new telescopic batons, you may experience difficulty closing them for the first time. To ensure the baton functions smoothly and is properly broken in, it is recommended to extend it several times without using excessive force.
